The white/silver hair is gorgeous - a nice reference for those who want to try out coloring white hair - and the clothes are very, very well shaded. I especially love the tie in his neck, it looks very realistic.
Maybe the mouth is a bit too wide but meh, details. This really is a great picture~ ^^
